Submitting a complaint


If you have a complaint, you can submit it through any of the following methods:

  • Online: Fill out and submit the online complaint form.
  • Mail: Download the complaint form below, and send your completed form to:

We accept complaints in both Dutch and English.

Complaint Handling Procedure

  • Our Complaint Handler will notify you within five working days about the admissibility of your complaint.
  • Decisions will be communicated without undue delay and no later than eight weeks from the receipt acknowledgement.
  • Complaints will be addressed and responded to free of charge.
  • All complaints, regardless of their status or outcome, will be registered in our complaints register.
